This workshop focuses on MINDSET, and how the perception and internal processing of events, by individuals or teams, often pre-determines the outcome. Participants are challenged to examine damaging and self-sabotaging  mindsets, and replace them with constructive, empowering ones.  

A workshop dedicated to resolving existing conflicts within an executive team, while simultaneously laying the groundwork for future self-diagnosis. 

The workshop examines the common roots of conflict, from behaviors to misconceptions, and offers tools for deescalation and resolution. 

 A group workshop which focuses on building open and honest communication among team members.It highlights aggressive and passive-aggressive styles of communication, teaching participants how to be assertive without being aggressive, while also honing critical listening skills.
