Our workshops are generally designed for small and medium-sized teams. Initially, we do more listening than talking. We don't arrive with pre-packaged solutions or programs, because every client's needs and challenges are unique.
Once understood, we then tailor your workshop to address those specific challenges and obstacles which need resolution.
The workshops are experiential, require the active participation of all attendees, and consist of a series of interactive demonstrations and exercises.
Focusing on skills such as generative listening, empathy building, and personal input, co-workers develop a far deeper understanding and trust of one another. It's how they become teams. Advanced workshops delve even deeper, build on that camaraderie, and lay the groundwork for them to become tribes.
